Fifteen players at Miami Carol City Senior High School have been suspended from the football team after a fight with another team at the end of a game last week. On top of the suspensions, the Florida High School Athletic Association fined Miami Carol City $1,500, and the school has to hold a compliance workshop. Players from Miami Carol City Senior High School fought with players from Grayson High School, a school from Georgia. The Florida High School Athletic Association said it made the decision after watching video of the brawl. Four students are suspended for the rest of the season, nine will miss the next five games and two more will miss Friday s game against Northwestern. The FHSAA also placed Miami Carol City on probation, and they re not allowed to play in the postseason.
